Born in New York City to French expat parents, Antoine spent his childhood in English speaking countries.  His family moved from New York to Sydney, then Singapore, returning to Paris when he was 10.  After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the Leonard de Vinci Business School in 2001, he decided to rediscover his birth city.

Arriving back in New York in 2001 Antoine dove into the Real Estate business, learning the ropes at a prestigious NYC Real Estate firm.  There Antoine specialized in short term furnished rentals in the city.  His travel experience helped him find clients the most desirable rentals available for their budget and length of stay.

In 2004, Antoine jumped at the opportunity to work for a renowned French multimedia company, where he acquired experience in the exciting internet and cell phone marketing, networking and social media fields.  After two years, Antoine was ready to apply his new skills to Real Estate, joining his friend Matthieu Bouchout at Harmonycity in 2006.

Since then, Antoine and Matthieu have gone on to found B.A. Management, through which they manage an apartment-hotel building near Times Square.  An organized and dedicated manager, Antoine seamlessly runs the behind-the-scenes staff.   He is the head liaison between clients and other agencies, handling all aspects of customer service and satisfaction from bookings and check-ins, to local recommendations and check-outs.  His positivity, friendliness and willingness to provide customized service to all clients have turned many clients into repeat customers and friends.

When Antoine is not meeting new clients or organizing bookings, he takes advantage of living in one of the best cities in the world.  Antoine is a diehard sports fan so if he isn’t watching a game at Madison Square Garden or Yankee Stadium, you may find him on a neighborhood field playing his weekly league “football” match.  Otherwise, he is most likely at the latest house music club—either DJing, supporting a friend’s set, or checking out the latest international star in town for the night.

Having visited 20 countries and counting, Antoine loves visiting new places, meeting new people and learning about different cultures.  After these adventures, there is nothing like coming back home to the iconic Manhattan skyline with a fresh perspective.

Antoine’s Top 5 NYC Spots

1) Favorite sports complex: Chelsea Piers

New York’s largest sports and fitness center, Chelsea Piers beats all the competition with its indoor track, swimming pool, climbing wall, enormous number of fitness machines, free weights, soccer, basketball and volleyball courts, ice rink, golf practice, and two outdoor sundecks over the Hudson River. The cleanliness is extraordinary, and you’ll never feel cramped or crowded here. Also a large café area offers a wide menu, from healthy salads to sushi as well as energy drinks and smoothies.

2) Favorite nightclub: Cielo (Meatpacking)

Cielo is a venue specialized in bringing an upscale atmosphere together with the best sound system New York City has to offer. With weekly lineups of the most sought out DJs and Producers there is no other place like it. Located in the heart of the Meatpacking District, Cielo has become the Mecca for house music and its devoted followers. An eclectic mix of crowds offers the greatest vibe and energy a club can offer and a place where everyone can feel at home. See you on the dancefloor!

3) Favorite concert venue: Bowery Ballroom (Lower East Side)

When it opened in 1998, the Bowery Ballroom was the first major music venue to appear on the Lower East Side in generations. Now, this one-time vaudeville hall and former shoe store is perhaps the most beloved club in the city. The Ballroom’s old-style theatrical stage is wide and open, rising above the floor, and an intimate wraparound balcony. The club is also outfitted with bars on all three levels, which allows you to duck down to the basement lounge if you need a break. It’s home to mid-scale touring acts, with big-name indie rockers sharing the stage with living legends and the occasional well-known local band. The spacious main room officially has a 550-person capacity, but probably holds considerably more than that. Sight lines are good everywhere, and the superior sound system matches any in the city.

4) Favorite Electronics stores: B&H Photo and Video (Midtown West)

This is the photography superstore of choice for professionals and hobbyists alike. The store, which is now in its third decade, carries everything from Hasselblads and Canons to strobe lights and film developing trays. The store may seem intimidating at first, but the largely Hasidic sales staff members are exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable.  The rates are unbeatable—the best in the city, perhaps the country!

5) Favorite restaurant for seafood and lobster rolls (an East Coast specialty): Pearl Oyster Bar (Greenwich Village)

This convivial, New England–style joint was a forerunner of the city’s fish-shack trend. The outstanding lobster roll—sweet, lemony meat laced with mayonnaise on a butter-enriched bun—is Pearl’s raison d’être, but more sophisticated dishes fare equally well: A bouillabaisse features briny lobster broth packed with mussels, cod, scallops and clams, with an aioli-smothered crouton balanced on top. For dessert, try a bittersweet chocolate mousse topped with a quenelle of barely sweetened whipped cream.  They don’t take reservations, but it is worth the typical 30-60 min wait.
