We are a family of 4 (two children, ages 4 and 6) who stayed in the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in the WIlliam Beaver House in the late spring/early summer of 2011.  We found the apartment to be amazing, clean, modern and very comfortable.  There is a lot of closet space, a nice sub zero refrigerator, Miele dishwasher and Asko stacking washer/dryer.  Both bathrooms have a tub and shower with the master tub being a large, square design that our kids loved.  We were very comfortable with air conditioning controls in each room.  The curtains in the bedrooms keep the light out in the morning if closed.

The living room has a full size sofa bed as well. We never heard any noise from the other apartments.  The building is wonderful with so many amenities!  I worked out in the gym almost every day.  We also used the pool (no rules, so was nice with the children), screening room to watch a DVD on a large screen, and upstairs party room just to hang out in rainy weather.  The building is within 1 to 3 blocks of many subway stations making travel to just about anywhere easy.  Taxi cabs were constantly passing by along William St. as well, making hailing a cab easy most of the time.  The doorman and concierges were very friendly and helpful, too.  We found Stone Street to have a number of restaurants for a bite out close by.  I found a hair and nail salon a block away (Salon 25) that I went to several times and loved.  For comfort and convenience, we were thrilled with the apartment and building and would recommend it to everyone!
