This 12 windows loft apartment is so bright and pleasant! It has a huge living area with convertible sofa and coach and entertainment unit (huge tv, cable tv). Too bad if you’re not a chef because the kitchen will bring you the best cooking facilities you can expect: tons of cabinets, dishwasher, micro-wave, top of the line oven…
There are 3 bedrooms with queen size beds and desks.

You can find everything you need in Fort Greene, from the Crunch gym club to excellent restaurants (among our favorites are: Walter's, Olea, Colonoa Verde, Sisters), and bars such as Moe’s and Frank’s. If you feel like getting some fresh air, you can enjoy a promenade or get active in the scenic Fort Greene Park with its 4 outdoor tennis courts. You can catch a movie at the Brooklyn Academy of Music, where there is a great independent movie theatre. It is located only a few blocks from the apartment.

The apartment is located just within a few minutes’ walk from ALL the subway lines. The C line is literally on your doorstep, right in front of the building on Lafayette Avenue and the N, R, 2, 3, 4, 5, Q are only a few blocks away at Atlantic Avenue station. You can be in Soho in under 15mns!
