HarmoNYCity closes its first sale

HarmoNYCity opens its offices in Fort Greene, Brooklyn
We had a vision that Brooklyn would become big so we decided to settle in Brooklyn's cultural center, right at Manhattan's doorstep.

Matthieu Bouchout creates HarmoNYCity Corp.
Matthieu wanted the name to evoke zen (to evoke the nature and mountains of Le Jura, France where he grew up) and urban (as he would be doing business in NYC), and a friend suggested Harmony City. They then realized the phrase Harmony City contained "NYC", hence the name HarmoNYCity!

HarmoNYCity executes its first "full cycle": the sale of a property where we previously represented the buyer on their purchase, and the buyer trusted us enough to sell his property years later

After nearly 15 years in business in NYC, founder Matthieu Bouchout senses Real Estate opportunities in Detroit. He takes one of his agents to explore the city, and after a weekend, they come back with one house each! A partnership with a local team is also signed.
